1. When the matter is called out, applicant no.1 Smt. Chawi Khalkho party in person, is present before this Court and she has argued out the case on behalf of all the applicants.

2. Counsel for the applicants as well as counsel for the opposite parties State are not appearing because of strike of advocates.

3. Party in person submitted that previously these applicants have preferred writ petition being W.P.(S) No. 4109 of 2012, which has been decided by this Court vide order dated 30th October, 2012 and it was disposed of by similar order dated 30th August, 2012 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 3942 of 2012 (Asha Kumari Pathak Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Ors.) which is at Annexure1/1 to this contempt application. It is submitted by the party in person that this Court has allowed the writ petition and salary and other benefits have been ordered to be paid with interest @ 5% per annum. These applicants have to receive per person approximately more than Rs.6,00,000/.

It is submitted by the party in person that the applicants are not paid any of the amount since long and they are starving and hence, let some lumpsum amount be ordered to be paid as an interim measurement till the final amount is being paid to these applicants and this lumpsum amount may be adjusted towards the final amount, found legally payable to these applicants.

5. In view of these submissions and also looking to the order, passed by this Court in earlier writ petition preferred by these applicants and also 2. looking to the other annexures of this contempt application, I hereby, direct the opposite parties to deposit Rs.8,00,000/ (Rs. eight lakh only) i.e. Rs.1,00,000/ each for these applicants, before the Registrar General of this Court on or before 11th September, 2014. The amount of Rs.1,00,000/ per applicant will be adjusted towards the final amount, found legally payable to each of the applicant. The Registrar General of this Court is hereby, directed to accept the amount of Rs. 8,00,000/ from the opposite partyState in this matter.

6. The matter is adjourned on 12th September, 2014. The applicants shall keep the calculation of the amount legally payable to them ready on the next date of hearing.

7. This order will be communicated to the opposite parties by 'FAX' so that the same may be complied with at the earliest.
