(t)" Reserved Seats" means the seats notified by the State Government as reserved in private institutions for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes.'.(iv)New clauses (z), (za), (zb) after clause (v) shall be inserted as follows, namely-
