Section 2(f) in Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2013
(f)'Certificate of Affiliation' means a document issued by the Bihar State Sports Council, a State Level Sports Association or District Sports Council or A District Level Sports Association while granting Affiliation under the provisions of this Act and shall include a letter of Affiliation issued by the Bihar Olympic Association.
