Section 1 in The Maharashtra Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Rules, 1962
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Maharashtra Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Rules, 1962.(2)They extent to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.(3)They shall come into force on the 8th day of October, 1962.
