1. With the consent of the parties, present writ petition is disposed of in the following terms :
(a). Impugned order dated 25.08.2010 shall not bind Super Cassettes Industries Limited, now known as Super Cassettes Industries Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'SCIPL') and shall not be treated as a precedent qua the Petitioner;

(b). Any other proceedings arising under the provisions of Section 31 of the Copyright Act, 1957 against SCIPL, shall be decided on their own merits uninfluenced by the impugned order dated 25.08.2010;
(c). Respondents/broadcasters undertake to withdraw their pending compulsory license applications against SCIPL.
2. Since the matter has been amicably resolved and settled between the parties to the lis, questions of law arising in the present petition are not being adjudicated.
3. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms, along with the pending applications.
