Section 21(1) in The Bihar State Mela Authority Act, 2008
(1)Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this Act, the authority in the discharge of its functions and duties under this Act shall be bound by such directions on questions of policy as the State Government may give, in writing, to it from time to time.
