Section 33(1) in The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003
(1)The Ordinances shall be made by the Executive Council:Provided that, no Ordinance concerning the matters referred to in Clauses (i) to (viii) of Section 32 or any other matter connected with the maintenance of the standards of teaching and examinations within the University shall be made unless a draft of the same has been proposed by the Academic Council.
