Section 107(h) in Selected Statutes (Statutes framed under the Bombay University Act, 1914)
(h)The Executive Council may allow the Registrar to take leave on half average pay not exceeding 20 days for each completed year of service. When the Registrar takes such leave he shall be debited with half the amount of it in his leave account.
