FACTS :
The matter is called for hearing today dated 29.12.2010. Complainant not present. The public authority is represented by Shri V.P. Sharma, Consultant.
2. Shri Sharma submits that IGNCA had sanctioned a puppetry project to the complainant for a consideration of Rs 45000/- against which Rs 40000/- has already been released. However, Rs 5000/- is being held back as she has not handed over "Voice Over of the Audio Recording" and that this has been duly communicated to her.
3. The Commission has no role in such like matters.
4. Hence, the matter is closed.
