Section 9(1) in The Delhi Fish, Poultry and Egg Marketing Committee Bye-Laws, 2001
(1)A member of the Committee may ask for information regarding anything done or purported to be done by the Committee or regarding the affairs of the Committee by the written notice and shall be supplied with such information by the Secretary of the Committee with the prior approval of the Chairman. The requisition for such information shall reach at least, four days before the meeting in the office of the Committee :Provided that the Chairman may refuse to supply any information disclosure of which, in the opinion of the Chairman, would be against the interest of the Committee.
