This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.909 of 2015 on the file of XV M.M.Court, George Town and quash the same.
2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent has already filed an application to withdraw the complaint before the Trial Court.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
Accordingly, this Criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
