(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [The Act came into force with effect from 15.8.1952 vide Notification No. F.8(4) for/52, dated 12.8.1952 (Made by His Highness the Rajpramukh on the 23rd day of May, 1951) (Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Part-I, dated 16.8.1952, Page 452).] as [the State Government] [Substituted by Section 4 of the Rajasthan Act No. 27 of 1957 (Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary Part 4A, dated 13.8.1957)] may by notification in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by Section 4 of the Rajasthan Act No. 27 of 1957 (Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary Part 4A, dated 13.8.1957)] appoint.
