1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2. In these Petitions, the Petitioners have challenged the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement for Solar and Wind Generation) Regulations, 2018, as ultra vires and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 300A of the Constitution, and the Electricity Act, 2003, to the extent as assailed in this batch of Petitions.
3. Though, no formal Rule has been issued, the learned counsel for the parties agree that in the lead Petition i.e. Writ Petition No. 762 of 2021, the pleadings are complete and therefore, these Petitions should be taken up for final disposal Page 4 of 5 ::: Uploaded on - 29/09/2025 ::: Downloaded on - 03/10/2025 23:23:50 ::: 12-WP-762-2021.DOCX at the admission stage itself.
