Section 27 in The Jammu and Kashmir Collection of Statistics Act, 2010
27. Power in respect of core statistics.
- Without prejudice to die provisions contained in this Act, the Government may by notification in the Government Gazette, declare from time to time, any subject for the collection of statistics of high importance as core statistics and make such arrangement, as it may consider necessary, for regulating the collection and dissemination of statistics on the subject so declared.
