(3)The Committee constituted under Sub-section (1) and (2) may exercise such powers and functions as may be necessary to-(i)lay down the policies for implementation of the provisions of this Act; and(ii)give such directions to any Farmer's Organisation, as may be considered necessary, in exercising their powers and performing their functions in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
