Section 25 in Gujarat State Higher Education Council Act, 2016
25. State of Council.
- The Council shall, with the prior approval of the State Government appoint such officers and staff, as it deems necessary, for the discharge of its functions under this Act. The terms and conditions of service of the officers and staff of the Council shall be such as may be specified in the regulations to be framed by the Council.
