Section 5 in Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001
5. Headquarters of Authority.
- The headquarters of the Authority shall be at Ahmedabad or at such other place as the State Government may, by a notification in the Official Gazette, specify.
