Section 15 in Tamil Nadu Compulsory Censorship of Film Publicity Materials Act, 1987
15. Bar to legal proceeding.
- No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the members of the Board and the persons appointed under this Act in respect of any thing which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
