Section 41 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1986
41. Realisation of fines and remittance thereof.
- All fines recovered from the wages of an employee under the respective conditions of services in an establishment shall be recorded in a register, as may be prescribed, to be kept by the persons responsible for payment of wages to such employee and all such recoveries shall be credited to the Labour Welfare Fund constituted under section 3 in the manner prescribed.
