Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct fair and impartial inquiry in case FIR No.265 dated 22.12.2019 registered under Sections 379, 120-B IPC at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Inspector General of Police, Jalandhar Range, Jalandhar, is directed to look into representation (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Inspector General of Police, Jalandhar Range, Jalandhar, to look into representation (Annxure P-2) of the petitioner .
