28. Suits for possession under the Specific Relief Act, 1877.
- In a suit for possession of immovable property under section 9 of the Specific Relief Act, 1877 (Central Act I of 1877), fee shall be computed on one-half of the market value of the property or on [rupees one thousand] [Substituted by Act 13 of 1982 w.e.f. 1.4.1982.], whichever is higher.
