13. Notice of meeting and list of business.
(1)Notice of not less than 15 days from the date of posting shall be given of the time and place fixed for each meeting of the Board to every member of the Board, and with such notice shall be attached the list of business to be discussed at the meeting:Provided that if the Chairman calls any meeting for considering any matter which in his opinion is urgent, a notice giving such reasonable time as he may consider necessary, shall be deemed sufficient.(2)Any business which is not on the list shall not be considered at the meeting except with the permission of the Chairman.
