Section 13(2) in The Merchant Shipping (Continuous Discharge Certificate) Rules, 2017
(2)Any request for change of name in the Continuous Discharge Certificate granted under these rules shall be allowed to be made by the Shipping Master on production of a certified copy of Gazette Notification in that respect together with fee of seven hundred rupees for issue of duplicate copy of Continuous Discharge Certificate.
