Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondents to issue admit card to the petitioner to
participating the selection process for the appointment to the post of
Scientist B 2107 - Environmental Science (SENV) and 2108-Forestry(SFT)
provisionally, pending the disposal of W.P.(C).
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
11.04.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of T.T.MUHAMOOD, V.E.ABDUL
GAFOOR, NAZEER HUZAIN.H, LAKSHMI PRIYA C.B., FEENA MELEETA ARUJA Advocates
for the petitioners and of DEPUTY SOLICITOR GENERAL OF INDIA for

On 11.04.2023, this Court passed an interim order directing the respondents to issue Admit Card to the petitioner to participate in the selection process for appointment to the post of Scientist B 2107-Environmental Science (SENV) and 2108- Forestry (SFT) provisionally and pending disposal of the writ petition.
2. The petitioner states that she participated in the written test of 2108-Forestry (SFT). Now the respondents have invited candidates for interview as per Ext.P8. But Ext.P8 would show that the result of the written examination of the petitioner has been withheld. The petitioner alone has not been issued with Admit Card for personal interview.

3. Deputy Solicitor General of India representing the respondents submitted that inspite of earnest efforts, the office of the DSGI could not get instructions from the respondents.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has already been permitted to appear in written test provisionally as per an interim order, there will be an interim order further directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the personal interview in respect of 2108-Forestry (SFT). The participation of the petitioner in the personal interview will be provisional and subject to further orders in the writ petition.
The DSGI to communicate this order immediately and to file counter affidavit, if any, within a period of three weeks. I.A No.1 of 2023.
