Section 22(1) in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
(1)The Director of the University shall be a whole time salaried officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of the Selection Committee constituted under section 50.
