Section 86(1) in The Telangana Panchayat Raj (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2018

(1)The Presiding Officer shall at the close of the poll prepare an account of votes recorded in Form - XXXII and put it in a separate cover with the words "Account of Votes Recorded" superscribed thereon.
