Section 68(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj Act, 1989
(1)Every suit instituted in a Panchayati Adalat shall include the whole of the claim which the plaintiff is entitled to make in respect of the cause of action, but he may relinquish any portion of his claim in order to bring the suit within the jurisdition of Panchayati Adalat.
