12. 11-01-2016In view of order dated 16-01-2015 passed by a coordinate bench of this Court, it was informed by Sri Y.V.Giri, learned senior counsel, who was assisted by Sri Raj Kishore Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Vinay Kirti Singh, learned counsel for the respondent/Bihar State Power Holding Co. Ltd., that the Division Bench has already heard the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 5614 of 1999 with other analogous cases, however; judgment has not come.
Accordingly, list this case awaiting the decision in C.W.J.C. No. 5614 of 1999 & other analogous cases.
Liberty is granted to the parties to move for early Patna High Court CWJC No.9023 of 2013 (12) dt.11-01-2016 2/2 listing of this case after disposal of C.W.J.C. No. 5614 of 1999 and other analogous cases.
