Section 15 in Punjab Poisons Possession and Sale Rules, 1966
15.
When any poison is sold, it shall be securely packed in a closed receptacle or packet (according to the quantity) and every such receptacle or packet shall be labelled by the vendor with a red label, bearing the name of the poison in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu, and the number and date of the entry in the register of sales specified in rule 11.
