Section 9 in Darjeeling and Kurseong Municipal (Porters) Act, 1883
9. Penalty for omitting to wear badge. - Whenever any [mazdoor] empowered to work by the job, or for any period not exceeding twenty-four hours, shall omit to wear such badge exposed to view as aforesaid, he shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding five rupees.
