82. Return and transmission of documents.
(1) An application for return of the documents produced shall be in Form No. 17.(2)No application referred in sub-rule (1) shall be entertained after the destruction of the records,(3)The Tribunal may, at any time, direct return of documents produced subject to such conditions as it deems fit. __________(1)Vide S.R.O. 6(E), dated 11th May, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Pt.
