Section 5(1) in The Murshidabad Estate (Management Of Properties) And Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1980
(1)As soon as may be after the appointed day, the State Government shall by notification appoint such person as it thinks fit to be Estate Manager on such terms and conditions as the State Government may determine.
