(3)In the circumstances mentioned in sub-rule (1) and sub-rule (2) above, if the Examination is not conducted in time or result thereof cannot be declared before the contractual period of the direct recruits is over, his contractual period shall be deemed to have been till the declaration of the result of the examination of his last additional attempt.
