(2)The annual general meeting shall, among other things deal with the following matters, namely :(a)confirmation of the proceeding of the previous general meeting;(b)approval of the expenditure over the sanctioned budget;(c)approval of the budget and works programme of the Federation for the ensuing financial year as recommended by the executive committee;(d)review of the audit report and rectification report received from the executive committee;(e)holding of the election of members;(f)any other matter with the consent of the Chairman.
