Section 6(2) in The Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority (Conditions Of Service Of Officers And Other Employees) Regulations, 2000

(2)The period of notice required shall be,-

(a)in the case of officers and other employees holding the post on regular basis, three months;

(b)in the case of officers and other employees holding the post on probation, one month.
