Section 18(e) in Patna Municipal Corporation (Grant of Permission for Display of Advertisements & Similar Devices) Regulations, 2012
(e)No hoarding shall be permitted which will cover vision of the greenery, landscaping or large size trees in the adjoining areas. No hoarding shall be permitted near river banks, parking lots or on any land adjacent to the riverbank towards the road.
