134. Procedure of advancement of Agriculture and Rural Development Loans, extent and security.
- Extent and procedure of disbursement of Agriculture & Rural Development Loans under this Chapter will be such as specified by the committee of management of Uttarakhand State co-operative Bank from time to time in consultation with Trustee as referred to in section 135. Loans will be advanced against the mortgage of or the charge on immovable property or on hypothecation of movable property or against the guarantee of the State Government.
