13. Interpretation of Rules.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, the arbitral proceedings shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and these rules shall be interpreted and applied so as to be consistent with and supplementary to and not in derogation of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
