(c)If a servant has served in the Vishwavidyalaya for more than twenty years, a gratuity at the rate of one month's pay tor the first twenty completed years of approved service and one and a half month's for each completed year of approved service in excess thereon may be paid to the servant himself, if he has been permitted to retire from the service of the Vishwavidyalaya on the ground of incapacity, or may be paid to his family if he dies while in the service of the Vishwavidyalaya.
