In these rules-(a)"The Act" means the Orissa Industrial Establishments (National and Festival) Holidays Act, 1969 ;(b)"Form" means a form appended to these rules;(c)words and expressions used in the Act and not defined in the rules shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Act.
