Section 2(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2013
(2)Words and expressions used but not defined in the Act and defined in the Code of Criminal Procedure, Samvat 1989 shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in that Code.
