57. Savings of Validity of Acts and Proceedings.
- No act done or proceedings taken under this Act shall be questioned merely on the ground :(a)of any vacancy or defect in the constitution of any Authority, or(b)of any defect or irregularity in such act or proceeding not affecting the merits of the case.
