Section 17(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Act, 2006
(1)The Government may, at any time, appoint any person to investigate or enquire into the working of the Board or scheme and submit a report to the Government in that behalf.
