28. Application of Statutes
The IPD, as may be applicable to the cases listed before it, apply the provisions of:(i)The Commercial Courts Act, 2015 for suits and counter claims in matters relating to IPR subjectmatter(s); and(ii)Patent Suit Rules, 2022 for Patent related disputes and actions.
