Section 23(1) in The Kandla Harbour Craft Rules, 1955
(1)No person in charge of or navigating a licensed cargo boat shall, when such cargo boat is plying between a vessel and the shore, allow a fishing or any other boat to approach within 10 metres of such cargo boat.
