Section 10(5) in The Punjab Standards of Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1993
(5)An application for renewal of certificate referred to in sub-rule (2) shall be made in Form A-2 of Schedule I, within a period of thirty days before the expiry of the period of it's validity.
