Section 89(3)(c) in Rajasthan Factories Rules, 1951

(c)Repairs to deep sea ships and repairs to commercial air crafts done in a factory which are essential to enable such ships, air crafts to leave post at proper time or continue their normal operations in a sea or air worthy condition as the case may be.
