Section 28 in The Gujarat Special Economic Zone Act, 2004
28. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Gujarat Special Economic Zone Ordinance, 2004 (Gujarat Ordinance 1 of 2004), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
