1. Short title and Commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Graphic Era Hill University] [Substituted by section 2 of Uttarakhand Act No. 3 of 2013.] Act, 2011.(2)It shall come into force on such date, as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
