Section 4(a) in Chhattisgarh State Ex-Gratia Compensation Payment for Officials/Employees died or injured during Electioneering Duty, Rules, 2009
(a)In case of death of officers/ employees Ex-Gratia compensation payment shall be of Rs. 5,00,000 (Five Lac) which will be paid to the family members of the deceased. The compensation amount shall be Rs. 10,00,000 (Ten Lac) if death is caused due to Naxalite violence or violence of similar nature and will be paid to the family members of the deceased.
